What ASAP HMS is
ASAP HMS is a multi-hospital and multi-clinic management platform. It brings patient registration, scheduling, queues, clinical workflows, diagnostics, pharmacy, billing and administration together, with a separate operations console for the ASAP HMS provider team.
Operationally focused
The platform is organised around how hospitals actually run — counters, queues, worklists and departments — rather than around abstract modules that map to nothing on the floor.
Multi-facility by design
Client accounts and their facilities are administered separately from the ASAP HMS provider operations that run the platform. That separation is built in, not bolted on later.
Role-aware access
Access is scoped to roles and facilities, so each team sees the workflows relevant to its work and does not have to navigate around everyone else’s.
Precise about capability
Where the software stops, we say so. Every capability described publicly is checked against the implementation, and the limits are published next to the claims rather than left to inference.
