Pilot and organization pricing

ASAP HMS is priced per engagement rather than from a public rate card, because what a hospital needs and what a single clinic needs are genuinely different deployments. Contact us for a tailored proposal.

How a proposal is put together

We would rather scope your rollout properly than publish a number that turns out not to apply to you. A proposal is built around four things.

Organisation shape

A single clinic, a hospital, or a group operating several facilities under one account — each is a different deployment and a different conversation.

Departments in scope

Which parts of the platform you actually intend to run: outpatient, inpatient, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, billing, administration and analytics.

Roles and facilities

How many facilities are covered, and which roles need access — access is scoped by role and facility, so this shapes the rollout rather than just the total.

Migration and onboarding

What existing records and workflows need to come across, and how much configuration and training the rollout needs to be safe.

Pilots

Starting with a pilot

Organisations often want to see the platform running against their own workflows before committing more widely. A pilot is scoped and agreed the same way — as a written engagement covering specific facilities, departments and roles.

The scope, duration and commercial terms of a pilot are set out in the proposal for your organisation. Nothing on this page constitutes an offer, a quotation, or a commitment. For questions, write to piyush.pandey@asaphms.com.
