These documents cover this public website only. A deployed ASAP HMS installation handling patient data is governed by a separate, separately reviewed production privacy policy and by the written agreement between ASAP HMS and the organisation operating it.

1. Scope

These terms relate to your use of the ASAP HMS public website at www.asaphms.com. They are informational website terms.

They do not govern the use of any ASAP HMS software by a hospital, clinic or other organisation. That use is governed by the separate written agreement between ASAP HMS and that organisation, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

2. This website is not an offer

The content here describes the ASAP HMS platform for evaluation purposes. It is published for information and does not by itself create a contract, an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to supply.

  • No prices or commercial terms are published on this website.
  • Any commercial arrangement is agreed separately and in writing.
  • Descriptions of capability describe the software, not a promised delivery date, roadmap commitment or service level.

3. Accuracy of content

Product descriptions on this website are written to match what the software does, and are audited against the implementation before publication. Even so, software changes, and this website is provided on an “as is” basis without assurances that every description is complete, current or free of error.

Where a capability has a limit that matters — for example, that insurance and government-scheme support is record linkage rather than claim submission — that limit is stated alongside the capability rather than left to inference. If something here is decisive for your organisation, confirm it with us in writing before relying on it.

4. No clinical or professional reliance

Nothing on this website is medical, clinical, legal or professional advice, and nothing here should be relied on for the care of any patient. ASAP HMS is software for recording and coordinating hospital and clinic operations; clinical judgement remains entirely with qualified clinicians.

5. Acceptable use

When using this website, please do not:

  • Submit patient information or other sensitive health information through the enquiry route.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, the systems it links to, or any related infrastructure.
  • Interfere with the availability or integrity of the site, or use it to distribute unlawful or malicious content.
  • Copy or reproduce the content of this site as your own, beyond ordinary quotation with attribution.

6. Links and separate systems

This website links to separate ASAP HMS applications, including the hospital application and the provider console. Those systems are access-controlled and are governed by their own terms and by the relevant organisation’s agreement. A link is not a statement that you are entitled to access the destination.

7. Intellectual property

The ASAP HMS name, the content of this website and the underlying software remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this site transfers any right in them.

8. Status of this document

This is a draft. It is published so that visitors can see the basis on which the site is offered, and it is expected to be replaced by a legally reviewed version before formal commercial launch. It does not purport to be a complete or enforceable set of terms, and it makes no legal guarantees.
